Day 9: 10-Minute Power Walk

Need a quick energy boost?

Today’s challenge is refreshingly simple—take a 10-minute power walk.

Just 10 minutes of brisk walking can increase circulation, stimulate creativity, reduce stress, and reset your focus.

Whether you step outside and soak up the sun or walk laps around your office or living room, the point is to move with purpose

Leave your phone behind if you can, or pop in a favorite upbeat song or podcast.

Use this walk as a mental refresh. Breathe deeply.

Notice your surroundings. Let your mind wander. Let your body loosen.

Power walks are proof that you don’t need an hour-long workout to feel better—just consistency and intention.

You have 1,440 minutes in a day. Give 10 of them back to yourself.
