Day 8: Eat Something Green

Green is the color of energy, healing, and life.

And when it comes to food, green equals nutrient power. Today, challenge yourself to add at least one green vegetable to every meal—or make one dish completely green!

Think spinach in your smoothie, kale chips as a snack, sautéed bok choy or asparagus with dinner. Try something new—maybe arugula, collards, or even a green soup.

Why green?

Because these foods are packed with chlorophyll, fiber, antioxidants, and vitamins that support digestion, detoxification, heart health, and glowing skin.

They help alkalize the body and strengthen your immune system.

Pro tip:

Combine greens with a healthy fat like avocado or olive oil to boost nutrient absorption.

Your body will thank you.

Snap a photo of your green plate and share it—let's inspire each other to eat vibrant!

Yes yes I know it's Sunday but do it anyway, add more greens to your meal!
