Day 27: Early Bedtime Challenge

Tonight, let’s give your body the gift of extra rest. Your challenge: go to bed 30 to 60 minutes earlier than usual.

Sleep isn’t just downtime—it’s when your body does its most important work: healing, rebuilding, balancing hormones, storing memory, and strengthening your immune system.

Here’s how to make it easier:

  • Wind down with a warm shower or calming tea

  • Turn off all screens at least 30 minutes before bed

  • Dim the lights and play soothing music or white noise

  • Write down lingering thoughts so your mind can rest too

  • Set your bedroom temperature cool and cozy

Sleep is often sacrificed in the hustle. But better sleep = better focus, mood, metabolism, and decision-making.

Even if you don’t fall asleep right away, giving your body that quiet space matters. Your mind and muscles will thank you tomorrow.

So fluff those pillows, set that alarm a bit later if you can, and settle in early. You’ve earned it.
