Day 27: Early Bedtime Challenge
Tonight, let’s give your body the gift of extra rest. Your challenge: go to bed 30 to 60 minutes earlier than usual.
Sleep isn’t just downtime—it’s when your body does its most important work: healing, rebuilding, balancing hormones, storing memory, and strengthening your immune system.
Here’s how to make it easier:
Wind down with a warm shower or calming tea
Turn off all screens at least 30 minutes before bed
Dim the lights and play soothing music or white noise
Write down lingering thoughts so your mind can rest too
Set your bedroom temperature cool and cozy
Sleep is often sacrificed in the hustle. But better sleep = better focus, mood, metabolism, and decision-making.
Even if you don’t fall asleep right away, giving your body that quiet space matters. Your mind and muscles will thank you tomorrow.
So fluff those pillows, set that alarm a bit later if you can, and settle in early. You’ve earned it.
