Day 6: Do Something That Makes You Laugh

Laughter isn’t just good for the soul—it’s medicine for your entire body. It reduces stress hormones, boosts immunity, relaxes your muscles, and triggers the release of endorphins (your feel-good chemicals).

Today, seek out laughter on purpose. Watch a stand-up special. Call that one friend who always cracks you up. Scroll through some funny videos or revisit a hilarious movie scene. Even better—laugh at yourself. Life’s too short to be serious all the time.

If you can’t find something to laugh at right away, try smiling for 60 seconds. Your brain doesn’t always know the difference, and it just might shift your mood.

Challenge yourself to laugh out loud today. It’s free therapy—and it feels amazing.
