Day 15: Try a Guided Meditation

Today, we slow it down and tap into stillness. Your challenge: try a guided meditation—even just for 5 minutes. Meditation isn't about clearing your mind perfectly. It’s about being present, breathing deeply, and allowing space between your thoughts.

Use a meditation app like Calm, Insight Timer, Headspace, or simply search “5-minute guided meditation” on YouTube. Find a quiet corner, close your eyes, and follow the voice. You don’t need incense or fancy pillows—just intention and breath.

If your thoughts wander (they will!), that’s okay. Gently bring your focus back. This small pause can reduce stress, improve sleep, sharpen focus, and restore emotional balance.

🌟 Special Note: Today is Father’s Day 2025.
Whether you’re celebrating a father figure, remembering one, or showing up as one, take a moment to reflect on the strength, care, and presence it takes to guide others.

You can even dedicate your meditation today to a dad you love, respect, or miss. Let that intention ground you.

Sometimes the best gift we can give ourselves—and others—is our peace.
