Day 11: Digital Detox (1 Hour)

Today, take a break from the noise. Set aside at least one hour to unplug from screens—no phones, no laptops, no social scrolling. Just you and the real world.

Use this time to reconnect—with nature, with your family, or with yourself. Go for a walk without headphones. Pick up a book. Have a screen-free conversation. Meditate. Journal. Draw. Do nothing.

We spend so much of our lives reacting to pings, notifications, and endless feeds that we forget what it feels like to be still.

This isn’t about punishment—it’s about presence. Give your brain a moment to breathe and reboot. Even a short digital detox can reduce stress, improve sleep, and boost mental clarity.

Consider making this a regular part of your week—an hour to unplug and truly live in the moment. You may be surprised at what you discover in the silence.

Share in the comments how you felt afterwards!
