Here’s the challenge: Eat one meal today with full attention. No screens. No multitasking. Sit down. Take a breath. Chew slowly. Taste every bite. Notice how you feel before, during, and after.
Mindful eating helps reduce overeating, improves digestion, and builds a better relationship with food. It also reminds us to appreciate our meals—not just inhale them.
