Day 14: Declutter Your Space

A cluttered space often reflects a cluttered mind.

Today’s challenge is to choose one small area and give it the gift of clarity.

It could be your desk, kitchen counter, car, digital inbox, or even your phone’s photo library.

Start by asking: Does this serve me? Does this space feel calm and functional?

Spend 10–20 minutes removing anything that’s expired, unused, broken, or simply creating visual noise. Wipe the area down. Organize what’s left. Create space—not just physically, but mentally.

Why does this matter? Because your environment impacts your energy, focus, and mood. A tidy space can reduce anxiety, improve decision-making, and boost motivation.

Pro tip: Play music or set a timer to keep it fun and fast. When you’re done, take a moment to appreciate how the space feels.

You don’t have to declutter your whole life today. Just take one step toward a lighter, clearer you.
