Today’s challenge is to cook or prepare a new healthy recipe—something you’ve never tried before. 

Step out of your food comfort zone and explore a dish that fuels your body and excites your taste buds.

Search for a vibrant salad, a nutrient-packed smoothie bowl, or a hearty veggie stir-fry. 

Use fresh ingredients, colorful vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats. 

Don’t be afraid to try herbs and spices that are new to you.

The goal? Make healthy eating feel like an adventure—not a chore.

Bonus: Make it fun! 

Play music while you cook. Invite someone to join you. Or document the process and share your creation with others.

Healthy doesn’t have to mean boring. In fact, it should feel empowering, energizing, and even joyful.
