Day 10: Self-Check In


Pause. Breathe. Reflect. Today’s challenge is to take an honest inventory of how you’re feeling—physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Ask yourself:

  • How does my body feel today? Energized? Tense? Sore? Rested?

  • How are my thoughts? Calm? Scattered? Heavy? Hopeful?

  • What emotion is sitting with me right now?

This isn’t about judging or fixing—it’s about noticing. Awareness is powerful. It gives you the information you need to make supportive choices moving forward.

Try writing down your reflections in a journal, voice noting them, or sharing with a trusted friend. Some days you’ll feel on top of the world. Others might feel a little rough. Both are valid. The goal is progress, not perfection.

Check in with yourself like you would a loved one. You deserve that level of care.
