Is that even a word King?

Sitting in front of my computer and thinking why are many businesses failing to maximize their potential and it just hit me like a ton of bricks!

In this new digital age many are still using old tools!

We have salespersons and managers alike who are afraid to share and teach new persons information because they fear a take over of their role and position.

They have gotten so comfortable that they forget that the world is moving on. 

Sales as you know it from 60 years ago is DEAD!

Sales as you know it from 30 years ago is DEAD!

Sales as you know it from 10 years ago is DEAD!

The sales strategy you used yesterday only fluked you through yesterday cause guess what? That too is already DEAD!!!

So what is the problem? We have to open up our minds to a consistent paradigm shift and be willing to make amendments on the fly. It's not easy and that's why many will definitely NOT get it, however for those of you who do get it, you will definitely take off and soar to the skies.

Many of us have employees that hold us to ransom because we tell ourselves that they are good. That without them our business will fail! That is a lie from the pitt of hell. 

Truth is whilst they are good without training what if they had training. What if you had more like them all trained?

Sell -Self Explanatory

All- Hopefully self explanatory also

Tology- Study of

Putting it all together should sum it up as the study of selling digitally. However its not that complex or as simple as this sounds. 

Solution based training is what will separate all our successes.
